Our service for you

Conceptual, editorial and design support

We are happy to advise you on the structure and design of your website as well as on conceptual considerations. A design template in TYPO3 is available for the creation of your pages, which you can use like a modular system for your purposes. Our service also includes the inspection and evaluation of graphic and editorial drafts as well as the coordination of technical questions.

If you would like to apply for a new domain/website, please contact ZIM.

Continuous further development of the template

The existing template is constantly being developed technically and creatively in co-operation with ZIM. We are always open to suggestions and sensible further developments and would of course always like to adapt our template so that it fulfils current requirements. We reserve the right to check the general validity and usefulness for several instances of any requests made to us. We ask for your understanding if we are unable to fulfil every individual request.

Training of the editors

We offer training courses for our template to ensure that the creation of websites runs smoothly for you and that you find your way around our backend. These training courses require a certain basic knowledge of TYPO3.

The individual training courses for the editors of the relaunch are currently still running. As soon as these are completed in the middle of the year, we will start planning general training courses for editors. We cannot yet say what these will look like in detail and at what intervals they will take place. However, these training courses will in any case be aimed at new editors on the one hand, and on the other hand at editors who have already been trained during the relaunch in the form of "in-depth training courses".

An editorial guide has been created for the relaunch on our internal relaunch page. In this guide, you will find a step-by-step description and explanation of how to create each content element of our template. You can only access the guide via the university's VPN or within the university network itself.
